My complaint:
My balance was $1600. The next day was $0!! I had not made any transactions. I tried calling numerous times but every time a recording says that there is a high call volume and then it ends my call. Also, I am unable to access my account online because the agent I had spoken with barely spoke any English and had input my email incorrectly. And there is absolutely no way for me to correct this. So I have no way to access my account. I am very dissatisfied with Rush card. It’s a terrible company.
Suggested solution:
I need the money missing from my account replaced immediately. And an investigation needs to be started to discover where my money went. I also need to get access to my account online!
