My complaint:

Checked my balance this evening and missing money. Looked at my transactions and used calculator to see how much I spent in charges. Discovered, I’m not crazy. Missing almost $200. Called 1-866-787-4227. Wait time was 2 min first two attempts calling then disconnected. Downloaded the app for live chat. No help at all, referred me to the 1-866 number that no one ever answers! Filed complaint with BBB online and now here. Rushcard now has a rating of F with the BBB. I personally have been a customer with Rushcard since 2009, but have been super disappointed lately. I don’t get paid 2 days early as they claim. I used to, but for the past several months direct deposit has hitting on my payday. Super disappointed! For one, where’s my money that vanished in thin air? Two, stop misleading the public with your get paid up to 2 days early and Three put my money back in my account please and thank you! After this debacle, Rushcard I’m so through!! Rushcardwheresmymoney

Suggested solution:

Refund my missing money! Actually have human beings answer customer calls and not get disconnected before reaching an agent. And lastly, don't mislead people why saying get paid early, up to 2 days which is far from the truth! Tell the truth!!!!
