My complaint:

I had a account with rush a couple years ago, I had the account for a couple years, so a couple years ago my card expired, an upon trying to get a new one , I moved an I couldn’t get a new one cause my id card hadn’t been changed to my new address, So I asked them to just close the account. so now in april of this year when the stimulus checks was sent out mines went into the account that was supposed to been closed years. so I was thinking they it will just be sent back , so I tried getting a new card again so they requested my ID,SS an proof of address an a letter stating my old info an new info so I fax it all over an over again with different documents trying to give them proof of address I sent in my electric bill my bank statemnts my insurance card even other pieces I could find but they keep saying they cant except it cause it don’t match but this been goin on over 2 months san still to this day they keep saying the same thing so I requested to have it sent back an then they tell I don’t have a deposit in my account when I call an check it give me balance an you cant talk to anybody only chat an email an they never get back to you on the email. it sucks an they wont close the account

Suggested solution:

just send me a card or just close the account that was supposed to been closed years ago
