RushCard complaint: Been over a year and I can’t get my card replace cause the number on file I can’t remember

My complaint:

They won’t replace my card cause I can’t remember the the phone number on file the had my who pay check on that card for almost a year and I need my money I send documents after documents and I still can’t get my money

Suggested solution:

Replace my card
