My complaint:
I have been denied access to the money in my RushCard account twice in a one month period due to system failure according to customer service with no explanation of why and no time line when it will be resolved plus no mention of the issues on the app or website which is completely unacceptable and as soon as I can access my account again I am taking out my money and closing my account and putting my story on every social media outlet and media outlet possible, credit card companies should not be allowed to carry on with these business practices
Suggested solution:
There is no resolution, can you resolve that feeling you get when your hungry and your card gets denied and your balance is over $500 or when you try to get money from a ATM and your transaction is denied right after you check your balance on your phone app, the better business bureau should get involve and it's my intention to make that happen
