My complaint:
Which rushcard is disappointing no customer service to talk to when you need them I got in contact with them by email about my refund the extra documents that I need I sent the documents in and still didn’t get my refund why is my money hold up in this bank I don’t know but now i know now rushcard is not a good fit

Release my funds
