RushCard complaint: Can’t access my money

My complaint:

My employer sent but direct deposit to this old account by mistake. The rush card I had expired so I was told I had to order another one which I did. They charged me a fee to have the card expedited to me faster but it never came. So I request they send the deposits back to my employer and they tell me it takes 7 days total so I wait again and two more weeks later still nothing. I call in again, wait 40 minutes for someone to come to the phone, just to be told to wait about 5 to 7 days smdh it’s been over a month of trying to get my money!! The customer service agents barley speak English and are very rude and will hang up on you in a heartbeat. This company needs to close down it’s a giant ripoff… I’m hiring a attorney and contacting the BBB

By doing what they say is the easiest example! Give me my money and stop telling me lies
