My complaint:
How is it that you Bank what did establishment but they can’t give you a live assistant they only limited access for contact information if you go on their website the same thing is so run around you cannot get live assistant not even a chat assistant they tell you to refer to the website or e-mail they don’t reply in a timely manner and when they do apply it’s referring you back to the website?
Suggested solution:
It's nothing that can do at this point to resolve it I just want my money to deposit.. I will deal with Bank of America.
