My complaint:
I went to the Atm in CVS to withdraw 180.00 .. My transaction was declined but the money was removed from my card. This is the 2nd time in a month this has happened. When calling Rush to file a claim. I was placed on hold an hour and then disconnected. This is ridiculous customer service is terrible and I want my money back!!!.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back on my card I have bills to pay!!!!
