RushCard complaint: unauthorized transaction cannot reach anyone

My complaint:

on 4112020 my card info was used at bestbuy.com to buy a 50 inch samsung television costing 483. 85. i’ve spoken with people at best buy they found the details of the transaction when and where they advised me to first call my bank and then the police. as far as the police are concerned they were as always incredibly unhelpful. i have yet to be able to speak to a sole at rushcard. at first when i would call the automated msg would speak of covid19 and due to limited staff higher than normal call waits. i would navigate the phone until i could get to a live person and it would give me the automated msg due to high call volume all represenitives are busy helping other callers please try back again later. good by. and then hang up i must have tried 20 times over the days that followed i tried the website as the msg suggjested no live person there ether just more automation yesterday at work i was on hold finally got the chance to sit on hold for over two hours when it suddenly hung. 2 hours and 1 min and change. no contact from a real person i’ve emailed as well and nothing but automated bs. i lost my rent and grocery money

Suggested solution:

you can help by convincing them to answer there phones if there is anyone even actually there. that was my rent. i dont know what to do i dont even know where metabank is located there is none in the state that i live in. no where for me to go to demand satisfaction
