My complaint:

He didnt help me with my issue and did not give me the fax number. He pretended he couldnt understand me and hung up on me after several times of asking him what he said. He was rude and i waited on hold over 7 hours. This is bullshit considering they wont send me a card and i got my deposit in that account. I need help cause they have my money hostage
