My complaint:

I lost my card so I don’t have a card number I don’t know my account number and something wrong when you call customers service because you cant get through you stay on hold never get through to anyone I don’t remember my user name it’s a old card and my money got sent to it

Suggested solution:

I need to talk to someone to get another card or account information so I can transfer my money somewhere
