My complaint:

Well I am trying to get a new card and they are not answering and when they do they hang up on me as if they do not care.

Suggested solution:

Well understand that I do now have a new address I’m not at 533 Mount Peasant Rd Apt 502 15214 nomore I am now located at 2249 Somers Dr “15219”
