My complaint:
My card expired in March i was told my new card was mailed out March 1st so wait 7 to 10 business days so i never got it. So i called and the rep. Canceled that card and charged me a fee to get a replacement card which was April 4th. So was told to wait 7-10 business days yet no card as of April 18th. So i called i the rep got very jazzy at the mouth and hung up on me cause i asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told the only way that happens is for me to hangup and redial cause she is not going to waste anyone else time trying to find out about my card. And she hung up.. So not only did i try to keep giving this company the benifit since 2013. But ad of today i think i will be done using Rush Card. Tp many rude people working for them and it seems they don’t care bout anything.
Suggested solution:
The company should resolve this complaint by giving correct information. And Hire people to do their jobs correctly and learn how to treat their customers with respect
