My complaint:
Expired card need a new one my Benefits is loaded on my card my old card I talked to several people for about a week I also faxed over my information and still nothing happened I also got hung up on several times I even talk to people who I didn’t even understand a language am I need to speak to a supervisor to see what I need to do with this matter that I am not being treated as far as a customer

I need to speak to a supervisor to see what I need to do with this matter that I am not being treated as far as a customerHow should the company resolve my complaint is to give me another card I no longer live at that address which I have on file.
