My complaint:
I have been a Rushcard member for 10 years. I dont use the card much because past issues. However, I have been trying to access my money on my Rushcard for 3 months. I have tried calling the 800 number and unable to speak with a live rep. I have emailed and only received back automatic replies. I have tried to chat and they stop replying back. My stimulus check has now been deposited on my Rushcard and I still dont have access to my money. I’m a single mother with bills to pay. It’s a big inconvenience not having access to my money
Suggested solution:
I would like someone to contact me or unlock my account. I need my money.
