My complaint:

My card expired I never got a new one so I requested a replacement but was charged 5$ I don’t think I should have to pay for a replacement for a expired card that should be automatically given to u! Now the card I have is no good and I cannot use it every time I try it says expired card and declines so I have to wait a whole week to get a new card but in the mean time I have NO MONEY I tried calling but you cannot talk to a real person I searched their app and website for hours but got nothing but automatic computer reply’s that did not help in any way after hours of searching I still can’t get any help this is crazy I’ve been with them 10 years and sadly I will have to leave

Suggested solution:

GET REAL PEOPLE ON THE PHONE! When dealing with people money it needs to be someone who u can actually talk to! Their web site and app is absolutely useless it did not help in any way it only frustrated me
