My complaint:

I’ve been with Rushcard for around 5 years. I’ve had problems with getting ahold of customer service about my account EVERY TIME!! I’ve had money disappear from my account numerous occasions and have tried to get record of my bank statements and you know what they do! HANG UP IN MY FACE EVERYTIME. Never receive emails of my money. I’ve worked hard for the money I earn and refuse to keep letting this bank take my hard earned cash! I’ve tried resolving the issue through the company and its unprofessionalism is UNREAL! I need to see the last 2 years of my bank statements because this has been going on for far too long! Also I will be talking to a lawyer if this issue is not resolved by the end of this month.
