My complaint:

I have called the company for months trying to get my issue resolved. It’s a year later and I still don’t have access to my money. They locked my card and have yet to issue me another one. I was a victim of identity theft and I reported that to them and they just Locked my card and ignored me.

Suggested solution:

I need my money and I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience.
