My complaint:
UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES. I HAVE SENT AT LEAST 8 LETTERS OUTLINING THE PROBLEM SINCE FEB. 2020 BUT HAVE HAD ZERO RESPONSE FROM RUSH CARD.
Suggested solution:
TOTAL SILENCE!!! NOT ONE WORD IN OVER A YEAR!!!
