RushCard complaint: Replacement card, how hard is it

My complaint:

I have been waiting since 6.1.21 for a replacement card, that has my last 3 social security months of social security checks deposited to the card that has been deactivated that was loss. My social security income is the only source of income I have. I have receive no help or an attempt to help from your service agents. I need this income to survive, I am told that approval from corporate is what is needed to issue the new card. What is the hold up?

Suggested solution:

Corporate approve and update file, issue replacement card. ASAP this is a life or death matter.
