Complaint: Sent card to wrong address several times while having correct address

My complaint:

I have been a member of rush card since 2012 and been using their direct deposit since 2016. Back in May i started notifying them about issuing me a new card because my card would expire. ( i thought my card expired june) it actually expired July. All throughout June i sent emails and Chats because i was unable to speak to a rep about my card. Many times i got no responses and other times they would say they sent it i would recieve it in 7-10 days. Finally after i had recieved my pay on it and was unable to get the money off i was like i need a card asap they said i need to pay 35.00 to have expedited to me. Paid the money never got the card. Looked at the tracking number the card was sent to an old address via UPS. They reversed the fees made me wait out going back and worth another 2 weeks now i have another pay being deposited on the card and still no card. Once again they said i need to pay 35.00 to have a card expedited to me i said no this is all your mistake i shouldnt have to pay anything. I oaid it because i needed my money. They said pay it and we will reimburse you the money. I recieve the card today call them and now they saying no we dont reimburse the fees back. If so feed up with them im going to withdraw all my money off the card and close the account im done their terrible.

Suggested solution:

Reimburse me the 35.00 fees I had to pay for numerous mistakes they made and holding my paychecks for a month in the middle of a pandemic where people are financially strapped for money and trying to make ends meet. I am currently nit working i am out of work on medical leave so im receiving disability checks from my work. So it’s tight. IM DONE WITH RUSHCARD!!!
