My complaint:
on the 20th of June when I went on line to check my balance I notice my card had a block on itclosed account. there was no criminal activity, false claims nothing, come to find out I was told on there end it was a glitch in the system that caused this. Now they are holding my deposit hostage over 2 grand that I worked my ass of for. Im so MAD I do see why people go postal, this is not ok what they’re doing. Ive tryied everything to resolved this but I keep getting the run a round, and when I googled rush card reviews Im not the only person dealing with this if this isn’t worked out IM GOING TO FILE A CIVIAL LAW SUIT against, RUSH CARD, MEDABANK and GREEN DOT. I also find it strange there is no customer service for issues like this except on chat line, but if you loose your card and call the number that’s when you talk to a live person.

Un lock my account give me my 2 thousand dollar deposit that I worked hard for, once I get my money back then I'm going to closed my account an go to another bank RUSH card is a scam
