RushCard complaint: Invalid card and transfers

My complaint:

I have to RushCard account one is invalid the other one is valid for some reason you guys keep depositing my payroll on the invalid card which is making it very hard for me to transfer from the invalid to the valid card because you guys have a limit now I have never had any issues with RushCard since I’ve had you guys now I’m considering changing Banks this is very overwhelming I need somebody to call me today with a resolution. Bc i have bills to pay and now i Cant transfer anymore money from the invalid card to my valid one. This should not be happening. PLEASE HELP ME TODAY

Suggested solution:

They need to have my payroll going to my valid card ending in 3966 and stop making it hard for me to have access to my money.
