My complaint:
I put a hold on my card to keep someone from using it. But now I can’t log in to my Rushcard account because it Lock……and now I can’t remove the holdpause on my card to withdraw money. I keep calling Rushcard customer service but they keep giving me the run around about me enrolling my phone number to Rushcard text. But my number won’t enroll with Rushcard-and customer service refused to remove the hold on the card so I can withdraw money to pay bills. I stuck with no gas money, food, mortgage payment, etc…because they refused to remove the hold on my Rushcard prepaid visa. I need Rushcard to remove the hold on my card without the B.S so I can withdraw my money.
