My complaint:

I am reporting this to the bbb I have not had access to my account for 3 years I have changed my password but it says I need the password for my old email address manuki 2008 which was hacked into and to top it off sometime has been taking money out of my account 100s and I cannot get anywhere with your company

Suggested solution:

Erase my old info and update it even though my password successfully my old info has forbidden me to get into my account this is wrong you need to give your customer access to a live person that will help their customers
