My complaint:

I have been with rush card a very long time . it seems impossible to speak to a live agent ! I needed information from rush card to get my stimulus check and the recording says that the features are limited ! And that I need to download the rush card app
My phone won’t let me download the app !also I can never get any of the phone feachers because I have a different phone number that I have been using for over 8 years at the very least . And because I don’t remember my old phone number I can’t use any of the Services rush provide regarding my card ! I have been with rush card for at least 20 years I never requested for any changes to my account ! I am a 61 year old bedridden paraplegic with a lot of health issues ! My rent is due tomorrow and I am already behind ,I can never get a live person to talk to
