My complaint:
ALMOST NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS WAS STOLEN OFF MY RUSHCARD AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK AFTER MULTIPLE TIMES CALLING RUSHCARD! THERE ISN’T AN OPTION TO PRESS ZERO AND SPEAK DIRECTLY TO AN AGENT AND I’VE ASKED EVERY SINGLE TIME TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR! THEY KEPT TELLING ME TO GO ONLINE AND DO THIS AND THAT WHICH I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO DO ALL THAT WHEN I’M ASKING TO SPEAK WITH ONE DIRECTLY! ONCE MY MONEY IS REFUNDED I WILL NO LONGER BANK WITH RUSHCARD!!!
