My complaint:

April 7th i called rush card to question some charges on my account which turned out to be authorization holds for Shell gas the call ended they cut my card off and will not send me in a replacement card I have sent in my driver’s license my social security card and my gas and electric bill as proof of who I am and residence and they keep telling me my social security card isn’t clear enough( resent 8 different times) at this point they have left me a postal worker during this whole pandemic with no money and my job is on the line I have two kids to feed with another child on the way this is causing great stress on me and my pregnant wife I don’t think we will last another 7 days before I lose my job because of not being able to make it into work with no gas

Replace my card asap I am in high risk of losing my job of almost ten years at the post office
