My complaint:

I had lost a Rush Card some time ago. I went onlineto transfer a recent deposit to another Rush Card but I couldn’t remember the CVV. I must have enteres in the wrong number too many times and my account was suspended. I received a replacement card and am able to use it. When I try to login, I get error that my acct is suspended and to call. When I call, I am told to go online for help. It has been almost a year and I cannot get any help!

Unsuspend my account. Not make it impossible to actually speak with someone!
