My complaint:

I keep getting either double charges my balance goes up and down like a yo-yo. Or I get charges I don’t make. Tried to contact them and get a run around send email or mail a letter. I’m tired of being pushed around and taken advantage of
Just today 89.97 charge made. I have my card and babysitting 5 grandkids in the country with no way to go anywhere. Hey guess they have the same problem can’t ever talk to anyone then you wait till Christmas to even get a email back. Well not everyone can just sit by a phone and wait for your convenience.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Quit letting people being taken advantage of and get on their phones and talk to us customer like we're the ones who sign their paycheck. I'm tired of babysitting people I can't even talk to much less when I worked a customer was always right and I had better smile when it happened. Dang I want my money to pay my bills just like them. Don't we deserve to feel important as well.
