My complaint:

Been trying to get in contact with the customer service but it keep giving me the run around my money is on my card and it has expired It’s been like three days still haven’t talked to anyone when you call it doesn’t even give you the option to talk with someone why is it so difficult to speak with someone from customer service

Suggested solution:

Send me a new Card with the same Account and routing number so I can get my money
