My complaint:
I’ve requested on several occasions for this company to de-register my online account. Customer service is only available via chat and email. The representatives end the chat session and never resolve your request. Rushcard is the only company I know that doesn’t allow you to de-register from their website which violates my privacy
Suggested solution:
Delete my personal information from their website! De-register my online account
