My father died on 2-21-21 in St. Louis Mo and was buried at Jefferson Barracks Military C on 3-5-21. I attended his services as I am his next in ken so that i may receive his US Marine Cor flag and certificate of service via President Biden. My name is at Jefferson Barracks as next In Ken and I am expecting to be treated that way concerning my fathers Rush Card account. He has a balance and he has a sister attempting to retrieve his money off the card without consulting to his next in ken, As his son I would like your office to contact me via cell, email, etc investigate this complaint because i should be entitled to my dads funds if you can contact me at 773-620-5758 or 773-398-5962 my email is 1914aj@gmail.com my fathers name is Curtis Weldon Johnson Sr D.O.B. 4-20-1947 SS is490-52-4700 he has a rush card in this profile information note he is dead and has a sister named Darlin Jackson attempting to retrieve his SS deposited balance and should not be able to do this as she is not the next in ken he has a son therefore i should be first to resolve or retrieve any money from his account by law.

Simple contact me so that I can retrieve my fathers balance from his cards Social Security Benefit deposit. I am the legal next in Ken noted at Jefferson Barracks in St Louis mo. Simple! No one else should be allowed to receive my fathers balance.
