My complaint:
I never receive my renewal card my card expired January 1st I never received one have been given the run around for about 4 months I’ve been trying to get in contact with rush card they never had never could when I did get in touch with them they sent me a card in its taking off a long time to get here and my money get the positive for my job and tell me I have to wait to January 13th I have bills to pay in children to feed him this is very crazy the people that I was chatting with was very rude to me and told me that I just had to weigh-in the weather in a lot of times they even ended the chat with me
Suggested solution:
They should have sent the card overnight. Problem could have easily been resolved. I still don't have a card.
