My complaint:
I called for a dispute then my card was cancelled I had to $30 expedited fee because I could not afford to wait 7-10 days. My card arrived at another customer’s house in a different state I have period that custom reached out to me after finding my phone number off the internet my expedited card I was charged for is in her mail at her address.
Suggested solution:
Refund me both expedited fees of $60. Apologize for how unhelpful and Jon understanding they were in this process. My trust with them is now broken.
