My complaint:

My account numbers were correct. But my money still hasn’t come. This has happened one other time. They have no one to contact , no one. This company is stealing people’s money. You can NOT talk to anyone. They say their is help 247 but it’s a computer. You can not talk to ANYONE. Russell Simmons is stealing people’s money and I’m not messing around anymore. I want my money. And I will get it one way or another. Then they took out my replacement card fee and they only do that when money goes into your account. So money was coming in and they out that card fee on their. Where’s the money at rush?
