My complaint:

On September 17,2020 I was arrested by North providence police department for an alleged domestic dispute. At the time I was dating a woman named Georgianna Richardson date of birth 4 201967 during my arrest the officers without my consent and over my objection gave my wallet and phone to her and locked me up. The next day I went to court and was held in custody as a probation violator from September 18th,2020 until November 25th 2020 at which time I was released from court. During the time of my incarnation georgiana Richardson hacked my online rush card account and stole 3 months worth of ssi checks that is: 800.00 for September. And another 800.00 October.and another 800.00 for November totaling $2400.00.

On or about December 19th,2020. I filed a formal dispute for these unauthorized transactions and was formally denied without just cause. Submitted. Submitted with my dispute was a formal ACI records dept document showing my being incarcerated from September 18th,2020 until November 25th,2020 showing that it was not me that made these unauthorized arm withdrawals and in store purchases with cash back.

Rushcard knew or should have known that I was actually and factually incapable of effecting these transactions as I was actually locked up in jail on a probation detainer and as a result that I was and am entitled to all of my money back. 3 months worth of ssi checks.

Suggested solution:

They should have reimbursed all of my money since I was in jail and incapable of making the disputed transactions.
