My complaint:

Hello I am very unhappy RUSH customer. I have been banking with them for years. I had unauthorized transactions on my account in the past and they have been pretty thorough. Now I seem to be fighting for the release of my money. I have sent all the required documents that was requested. I have called, I have written and I get automated responses. Occasionally, I get an vague email response from some agent. I am now getting concerned due to never experiencing a company conduct business in such a fashion. A financial institute at that.Highly disappointed in RUSH card services. Prior to now I was a haapy consumer that have and would recommend RUSH card to family and friends. Now due to the financial setback this has created I will think twice.

Again, all I have been waiting for since reporting my card was ompromised was the remaining credit due to my account in the amount of $287.00. The total amount of unauthorized transactions was $ 687.00 (not the exact change amt). I received my replacement card and $ 400.00 credit from a Premier Bank Card that was funded from my account.
The remaining charges total $ 287.00
To Microsoft xbox, Some Sheriff dept in Muscatine, Iowa in which i live in Texas and my card has been with me the whole time in which I explained to the RUSH agent via phone and in writing via their form.
