My complaint:
I AM DAVONA BOSS You have taken 28 days to replace my card now!!! When you told me it was going out that day!!!! Long story short whole mo th of December checks put on a card that I haven’t received!!!! U have cost my children Christmas and I’m going to do my BEST to get you people back for you lies!!!! By the way I placed a complaint with state police and the BBB….you people are terrible!!!! And you need to hire some people who can speak UNDERSTANDABLE ENGLISH!!!!! STOP BEING CHEAP!!!! God knows you make 200.00 a month from me!!!! I told state police you took my money!!! Which you did
