My complaint:

I reported my card lost Dec 12th and was told they would mail me a replacement card. They told me it should take 7-10 days which I thought that was just something they say cause I’ve heard that before and it came in like 3days. My card was then mailed out on the 14th and on the 17 I got a saying my payroll had hit. My card was still not here. So I called customer service and asked if they had over night shipping and she said they have 1-2 day shipping. I asked why wasn’t I told this before, she apologize and said there was nothing she could do. So I went online to try and move my money or send my money to a Walmart because my birthday was the next day so I wanted my money I worked hard for. I tried longing into my account with my sale phone and my password will not work! So I went to reset password and it ask me to enter my debt card information. At this time I wanted to scream! I called back and asked if they can reset my password they told me know I would have to log into my account to do so or wait until the card comes. After talking to 4 different people they all said the same thing. I asked could I speak with a manager maybe they could help me access my account and I was told unfortunately they can not transfer me to a manager if I cant log into my account. By this time my husband even spoke with these people and still no help. So I went online and got on a rush chat to see if that would get me any where. Apparently Sagar not only does customer service, He’s a educator as well. I quote: I like to educate you that without the card you wont be able to access your funds as you need to wait until your card comes. I told himher you not educating me on nothing ect. Birthday I did nothing and ate noodles for dinner all weekend. Happy Birthday to me. Monday comes Still no card. Call customer service again and apparently they don’t count the weekends as days. Even though the card was put in the mail and the mail runs on weekends they still don’t count that as a day. They said my card should be to me on Christmas day. Even though the mail doesn’t run on Christmas day. It was a lot more that I had to deal with and a lot more phone calls. Still no money.

Suggested solution:

Give me my money and I will no longer be dealing with this company.
