My complaint:

My money was stole off my card more than 2 weeks ago and I was told rushcard would credit me my money within 6-10 days but when I called back they said the department didnt do it yet and ti wait more days. Then they keep hanging up on me. All I want is my money. I also put this complaint on complain.biz

Suggested solution:

By putting my money on my card asap

RUSHCARD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP. Money was stolen off my account right at the time I was going to make a time sensitive purchase. 3 days before the holidays. On my end – and theirs – it can CLEARLY be seen that more than 100 international transactions were made for a couple of cents here and there, to test the account out.
