Complaint: An unauthorized block has been out on my account and they refuse to help resolve the issue!

My complaint:

RushCard has blocked my card and blocked my online access due to me complaining of an agent that put a hold on my card without my authorization. Now every time I call I get hung up on and my online access is blocked. I have a large sum of money in my account that I now can not access!
