Complaint: Can’t change password

My complaint:

I can not successfully change my pass word every time I change it then try to log in to my account it tells me wrong password!! I have done this many timed been locked out of the system had to wait 24 hours to try again this is really not worth the time and energy I have put into my Rushcard account you guys are missing out on a lot of money because of this.

Suggested solution:

I really don't know how you would resolve the issue except to do some work on the system you have and maybe get some real people in there to help. Because there is nothing more infuriating and I mean makes you want to climb through the phone and murder the machine what keeps you in the never ending story of my rush than knowing if you could just explain to a person the would have it resolved in no time. Anyway please help with the whole password thing I've got banking to do ASAP
