RushCard complaint: Never received my RushCard in the mail

My complaint:

It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received my card yet I have call customer service multiple times asking either for the last 4 numbers on the card and asking if I can get my direct deposit sent back to my job still haven’t solved my problem.

Suggested solution:

Help me reset my password on my account or help me send my deposit back to celebration station so I can get a check.
