My complaint:

They saying I closed my account and the irs sent my story check to them they saying they returned it but the irs said they didn’t u can speak with anyone but live chat and they not helpful and then they had someone over seas with broken english I couldn’t understand they have horrible customer service and they are rude and a rip off I need my money

Suggested solution:

Tell me where my money is and give it to me and stop giving me the run around and hire english speaking people and stop being RUDE
