My complaint:
I won and requested withdraw on Jan 1st… I got the we redirect recieved your email.. please send copy of driver’s license and proof of residencywithin 3 months.. I did send it no longer than 30 minutes after receiving email.. I have heard NOTHING since!!I have sent SEVERAL emails .. the chat doesn’t work and all phone numbers say the number you dialed has been changed disconnected etc etc

Maybe they will respond to you
It would be different if they didn't ignore me
