Ruby Slots complaint: Denied withdrawal 4 times will not payout

My complaint:

On May 16,2023 while playing slots had a winning of 1200 ,played two then asked for a withdrawal of the other 1000.00. Read the terms and conditions gather the information from my bank that was required to make the withdrawal. Waited the time time and it was denied and the reason they gave is because I did not verify the bank information. This happened two more times even though I did it with a representative though the chat box. The fourth time it sat in there pass the approval time frame inquired and told they would escalate it and check back in 24 hours. When I checked back in 24 hours they told me that they would have to escalate it to check back again in 24 hours. Checked today and the representative Ronald told me that the withdrawal department said that my bank is not allowed and if I had another bank. I then asked for a list of banks that was allowed And was told they don’t have a list. It has been almost two months now and they give me a different excuse every time and no answers as to why. I would like to have my winnings . They had no problem taking my money for me to play from the same bank that they are telling me that are not allowed.

Suggested solution:

They should resolve my complaint by sending me my winnings either wire transfer or for the fifth time in the form of a check. I have waited well more then enough time to receive it and it should be done as soon as possible with no waiting period being that I went thru it four times already
