My complaint:
I have been unable to receive my luggage 3 days after my trip from JFK, US. I embarked on the journey from JFK on Saturday 6th January and we landed on 7th Jan at Murtala Intl Airport, Lagos
It is disappointing and disgusting that our luggages are yet to be delivered to Murtala Intl Airport, Lagos.
I require a form resolution of this escalation before I engage relevant authorities cum by lawyer
