Royal Air Maroc complaint: Entitled to extra 23k suitcase

My complaint:

I have emailed Royal Air Maroc through there complaints website 6 times so far and have not had one replie from them. I have been flying with Royal Air Maroc since 2018 and never had a problem. As a Silver Safar Flyer I am entitled to 2x23k suitcase and 1x23k free. I flew with them on the 25th May 2023. I went to the checkin desk and they took the 2x23k suitcase and when I presented the 3rd suitcase 1x23k I was told I would have to pay for the 3rd suitcase. I informed the girl checking me in I was a Silver Safar Flyer and showed her my card and I was entitled to the 3rd suitcase free. She asked one of her colleagues and she also said i would have to pay. So as not to cause any problems i went to the desk to pay for the extra suitcase. I was told it would cost £165.10 so I payed by card thinking I could get a refund. Here I am 4 months later and still nothing. When I phone i am told to fill in the online complaint form. Like I said I have done this 6 times now and nothing. So if you can help or advise me on how i can take this to the next stage it would be much appreciated. I want a full refund for the £165.10 I paid when I shouldn’t have. Thank you in advance. Mr Billy Meyers
